A small batch craft brewery located on Market Street in the historic Gaffer District of Corning, NY. Head brewer, Eric Shoemaker, and his brother David, are interested in exploring the potential beer can become focusing on hop-forward beers, including popular New England style IPAs, as well as classic style IPAs, stouts, porters and, eventually sours.
